Blessings in the Mighty Name of Yeshua Hamashiach!
A call for men to be the spiritual leaders, or "priests," of their homes and communities is rooted in Christian theology, which frames this responsibility as one of servant leadership in imitation of Christ. This concept, informed by biblical principles, emphasizes a man's duty to provide spiritual direction, protection, and provision for his family and to lead with integrity in his community.
I had the opportunity this past Friday night to minister at a Men's Conference in Florida. The theme was, "Chasing After God."
It was inspiring to me to see men, most of whom were retired military, seeking Adonai.
It is through the mans pursuit of God and dedication to God that society is stabilized.
My brothers, Adonai, want to restore men back to their rightful place as priest of their home. For the most part, men have been distracted with sexual immorality. This was done with great precision by the kingdom of darkness. Sexual immorality takes away your authority and voice because of the shame or guilt that comes with it. A man is less likely to stand on biblical principles when he himself has violated those same principles. Thereby leaving man impotent in his God-given role as the spiritual direction, protection, and provider for all under his influence.
The good news is Adonai is waiting for us to surrender our hearts to him completely. He wants to be our only focus. I will speak more on this topic this Sunday. (THE ROLE OF MAN AS PRIEST IN HIS HOME)
